Summer Camps are back at A Muse N Games!
Due to the incredible popularity of our Kids D&D sessions and the overall demand for us to bring back summer camps we are running 2 weeks of Full day D&D Camps and 1 week of Half Day D&D Camps for children aged 8-12.
All camps will include snacks and beverages as well as all items necessary to play (dice, character sheets, pencils, etc). Players will get to take all their items home at the end of the week. Camps may include D&D at the park at Vimy Ridge Park weather permitting.
All camps will have an experienced Dungeon Master as well as a support staff during meals and offsite time. At least one staff person will be certified in CPR and first aid. We typically staff our camps with a mix of our employees and teachers all of whom have had vulnerable sector checks completed.
Camp Pricing
Full day Camp – $400/week ($40 administration fee +$360 camp fee)
Half day Camp – $250/week ($40 administration fee +$210 camp fee)
Each registration includes a $40 administration fee which is non-refundable after May 31st. See below for full cancellation policy.
Full Day Camps will run from 8:30am to 4:30 pm (drop off from 8:15am/pickup until 4:45pm) Lunch is included in full day camps and will be prepared by Chef Cindy of Peppercorn & Co you can find her on instagram @ChefCindy.
Half Day Camps will run from 12:30pm to 4:30pm (drop off 12:15pm/pickup until 4:45pm)
Should these pickup and drop off times not work for your schedule please reach out to us prior to registering to see if alternate arrangements can be made.
Camps are currently listed with 6 spots per camp in the event that these sell out we may increase up to a maximum of 12 spots per camp (Max ratio of 6 children to 1 Dungeon Master) or we may add an additional week or two of camps.

We adhere to all public health orders and in the event we need to cancel due to public health orders camp registration will be fully refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund within 24 hours of registering – please email us as soon as you realize you need to cancel your registration.
Cancellations received prior to May 31st will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of $40/camp/child.
Cancelations received June 1st, or later, but at least 2 weeks prior to the start of camp will receive a 90% refund minus the $40 administration fee. (for example a half day camp registration of $240 would receive a refund of $240-($24+$40)= $176)
Cancelations received within 2 weeks of the start of camp may receive the above refund in the case where we are able to fill their spot from a waitlist. If we are unable to fill their spot they will be provided with store credit in the amount of 90% of registration fee minus the $40 administration fee.
Cancelations received less than 72 hours before the start of camp are not eligible for a refund. In the event we are able to fill the spot on such short notice we may choose to provide a credit on a giftcard usable on anything in store.
Taxes are not included in any of the above prices or calculations but will be calculated at time of processing.
