We are very excited to announce that this year our annual Holiday fundrainsing is kicking off early and that we are raising funds and accepting food donations for Harvest this year.
Beginning Tuesday November 14, through Friday Dec 1, we will donate 5% of all giftcard sales to Winnipeg Harvest. We also have a couple of bins in store and you are encouraged to bring donations as you are able to help us with our food drive.
Beginning on Saturday December 2 and continuing through until Christmas we are thrilled to be hosting Wrapping for a Reason! Every Saturday and Sunday in December from 12pm to 4pm until Christmas we will have volunteer elves out wrapping presents by donation. You are welcome to bring gifts from outside the store as well as those purchased in store to be wrapped. We recommend approx $5 or 1-2 non perishable items per gift but bring what you can and we’ll help you out.
If you think that Harvest is a wonderful cause and you’ve already bought and wrapped all your presents (first congratulations I’m impressed!!) but would still like to donate to our fundraising efforts the kind folks at Harvest have set us up with a food drive page that you can donate directly to, here. Or you can drop in and drop some items in the bins we have in store.
